Dear Linda
I would like to thank
you for recommending
Kliniek BeauCare. I
have now had my breast
enlargement done and I
am really pleased with
the results.
I had my consultation
on 7th June 2005.
The doctor began
by letting me try
different implants and
when i decided which
one i wanted he
examined my breasts.
I didn't have
any questions for him,
because he told me
everything I needed to
know, they didn't
leave a single thing
out.
The next available
appointment was for
17th June for my
operation. I
didn't expect to get
an appointment so soon
but they had just had
a cancellation, so
booked it
immediately.
We booked in Hotel
Campanile on the 16th,
we got a discount
because I was a
patient at BeauCare.
It was a nice
hotel and very
reasonably priced.
For a double
room, 2 meals, quite a
few drinks (Dutch
courage) and 1
breakfast (it killed
me watching my husband
eat it) 110 euros.
My operation was at
8.45am. I was
slightly nervous as
this was my first
operation but
everybody put my mind
at rest. The
doctor come to see me
and marked my breasts
up and checked again
about the size I was
going from a B cup to
a C/D cup. Then
the anaesthetist come
to see me and checked
that I hadn't had
anything to
eat/drink.
They took me into the
operating theatre and
the last thing I
remember is looking at
the drip and I was
out. An hour
later I was awake in
quite a bit of pain
and asked them for
pain killers and to
send my husband down.
The recovery room was
really peaceful, over
looking gardens with
rabbits hopping about.
After a few
hours and painkillers
later I was ready to
go home. They
gave me some
painkillers to take
home with me and told
me to take lots of
rest.
We had a long drive
ahead of us, as we
live in Germany and I
can tell you, I felt
every bump in the
road. 5 hours
later we where finally
home, thank god.
Would I have it done
again? YES, I would.
The first week was the
worst and the worst
pain I had was when I
woke up in the morning
after laying down all
night. I took
the sports bra off
after the second day,
to have a proper
shower and I can tell
you, I was delighted
with the results and
so was my husband.
After 2 weeks I took
the dressings off, to
find I had tiny scars
that had been glued, not stitched
which is a lot
better.
It has been 3 weeks
since the op and I
have no pain at all.
I have numbness
under my breasts and
around the nipple
area, which they told
me is normal and
should return.
After the 4th
week, I can wear a
proper bra which I am
really excited
about.
I would like to thank
you once again for all
the information and
help you have given me
on kliniek BeauCare
and that I would
recommend you
and the clinic to
any other woman who
are considering
surgery.
