Hello ,
Just a line to let you know that all is well following my surgery in December.  I am very pleased with the result of the surgery.

I was also very happy with all the arrangements made on my behalf by ...............  Everything went very smoothly.  The surgeon was excellent and the Clinic was first class.  I certainly would recommend them to anyone.

I just wanted to say thank you very much for everything and all your kindnesses whilst I was  in South Africa, you guys really helped to make the experience a lot easier,  and all of my angst was unwarranted.  You were all superb.

I am feeling more or less OK,  I find that I get tired very quickly, and of course things are still sore, but healing I guess, so no major complications!!!! thank god...,
