A thing to consider is compensatory sweating in another area, which can occur after surgery.

The latest technique for the treatment of hyperhidrosis is the endoscopic sympathectomy but Botox can also be used.

In the UK, prices for Botox start at about £400 and the endoscopic sympathectomy is approximately £4,000.  Surgery abroad can cut these prices in half.
